Week 4

So my initial goals were to sell an item to someone out of my family, try new techniques, and get better at managing my time. I am currently working on a piece to sell to someone outside of my family, but I have made a few prints for friends that I don't want to "sell" they are just gifts. I have tried both screen printing and just regular painting on clothes and I prefer screen printing because the print is cleaner, but it also is a longer process to cut out the stencil and stuff. For time management I've decided that it works well to have a few different screen printing designs that I'm working on at the same time because when I have them all cut out I can just screen printing which goes faster.

●      Would you recommend this senior project to another student? Why?

I would recommend this senior project to another student if you are wanting to work on your own brand or learn more about screen printing. The only difficulty is if you don't have a lot of supplies it could be harder to be organized because I experienced that when I didn't have shirts to print when my designs were all done.
